Basic Principles of Coffee Roasting SOLD OUT


We’ve partnered with CocuSocial to offer a Basic Principles of Coffee Roasting class.

In this class, we will learn how roasters use time and temperature to affect the roast of their coffee. We will do a cupping of different roast levels of the same coffee, and each student will get to roast their own batch to take home.

This is an introductory class designed for people with no roasting experience.
