The definition of extraction is “the action of taking out something, especially using effort or force.” Well, during this course we will be focusing on coaxing the solubles out of both coffee and tea to take the best of the bean or leaf and therefor create a well-balanced cup. Hopefully we will not need to use force.
This 3 hour workshop will help to hone in our brewing skills as well as take an in depth look into the science of extraction.
