Royal Coffee New York began in 1995 with the idea of sourcing quality coffee and providing our customers with a unique experience. As we grew, we saw a great need for education among the specialty community and general public alike.
So, 20 years later, in 2015, we set out to create an educational program to complement and enhance the the work that we have put into the sourcing and quality assurance of our green coffee program.
We started out with 3000 square feet of warehouse space, and over the following months, we turned it into a state-of-the-art facility with the capability of conducting green-buying, cupping, barista, and roasting classes.
We are now launching a program complete with SCAA, CQI and Custom Education courses. We aim to redefine coffee education and help launch a new generation of coffee professionals.
We're using the highest level of equipment from the water filtration system, custom designed by Global Customized Water, to the San Remo Opera Espresso machines, to the Loring S15 Falcon roaster.
